Welding electrodes are one of the major businesses for us.

We manufacture ground metals and ferro alloy powders used as deoxidisers, alloying agents and fluxing additions in mild steel, stainless steel, hard-facing and low-hydrogen electrodes. The same materials go into flux cored wires and SAW fluxes.

Our atomized ferrosilicon was developed specifically for this industry, where conventionally crushed ferrosilicon disintegrates and picks up hydrogen in storage.
