Certificates & Legal Statements

Management Systems

Three certifications, all current

Procurement departments do not want a logo — they want the certificate number, the issuing body and the expiry date, so they can file it against their approved supplier record. All three sets of details are below, in full, along with where to verify them independently. Ask and we will send the certificate itself. For what the ISO 9001 system actually does day to day, see quality control.

Certification body Royal Impact Certification Ltd. (RICL)

Accredited by the United Accreditation Foundation (UAF), a member of the International Accreditation Forum Multilateral Recognition Arrangement.

Scope, all three standards Manufacturing, Supply and Export of Ferro Alloys and Metal Powders

Covering our works at Khushkhera and our registered office at Bhiwadi.

Independent verification iafcertsearch.org

Certificates can be verified with the issuing body at iafcertsearch.org, at uafaccreditation.org, or at ricliso.com.

Regulatory

Legal statements

The declarations most often requested during supplier qualification, particularly by customers shipping into the European Union.

REACH

Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006

REACH governs the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals placed on the European Union market. AIM Alloys is REACH compliant, which matters both for our direct European shipments and for customers whose own products reach the EU.

Our REACH statement sets out the registration status of the substances we supply, our role in the supply chain, and confirmation on Substances of Very High Concern. It is issued against the specific products on your order.

Safety data sheets

SDS to GHS / CLP format

A safety data sheet accompanies every product we supply, covering hazard identification, handling and storage, exposure controls, physical and chemical properties, stability, and transport classification.

Metal powders carry handling considerations that lump material does not — particularly around dust, ignition sources and confined storage — and the SDS is where those are set out formally.

Conflict minerals

Responsible sourcing declaration

Tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold are designated conflict minerals. Customers subject to Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act, or to the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation, are required to establish the origin of these metals in their supply chain.

We respond to Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) requests and can provide a declaration covering the materials we supply.

Keeping this page true. All three certificates run to 11 April 2027. When they are renewed, update the number and dates in CERTIFICATES in build/build.py, then re-run the build. The expiry dates are published in this page's structured data as well as its text, so an out-of-date entry is visible to search engines and to customers alike.
